KOCO/OKC’s Patty Santos reports that a lawmaker is dreaming up a new plan to save Oklahomans money. “It’s typically conducted by a lab or hospital. If it’s done at a facility, it can cost as much as $800 to a couple of thousand dollars a night,” he said.
